A method of and a device for guiding a wire in the wire bolting of a rock, wherein the wire is passed by means of a feeding mechanism from a wire magazine into a guide head supported by a feeding beam of the drilling equipment therethrough into a hole drilled in the rock. In order to protect the feeding mechanism against damage and dirt and in order to lighten the feeding beam, the wire is pushed into the guide head through a flexible guide pipe in such a manner that the feeding mechanism can be mounted on a carrier.

The invention relates to mining and is used for attaching mine workings by wire feed during rock anchoring, according to which the wire is fed by a feed mechanism.

The device for rock anchoring contains a movable platform 1 supporting drilling equipment using a system of beams 2. Drilling equipment includes a feed rod 20 3 suspended on an arrow, a drill rod '4 and a rod holder; (not shown). In addition, the device for anchoring contains means for feeding solder (not shown), as well as means for feeding anchor cords, comprising a drum 5 with anchor cords 6 mounted on platform 1, a feeding mechanism 7 and a rigid tubular guide head 8 installed jg on the feed rod 3. The guide head is mounted rotatable to the axis of drilling A so as to guide the wire through the guide 9 located at the end of the feed beam into the well 10 drilled in the rock.
The feed mechanism 7 is mounted on the L movable platform 1 and is connected to the rigid guide head 8 by means of a flexible guide pipe 11, through which a segment of the anchor cord 6 passing from the feed mechanism 7 to the guide head 8. The ends 12 and 13 of the guide pipe - d $ would be attached to the feed rod 3 and the guide head 8, as a result of which the pipe length remains constant.
When the fittings are installed in the borehole, the feed mechanism 7 is started, which pushes the anchor strands 6 pulled from the drum 5 through the flexible guide pipe 11 into the guide head 8 and then into the borehole. The flexible guide tube 11 provides forcible feed of the wire pushed by the feed mechanism forward, regardless of the path of the guide tube at any given moment.
The presence of a flexible guide tube allows you to install the feed mechanism in the shelter on the supporting structure, which reduces the weight of the feed beam, as well as the volume of the end of the feed beam. The presence of the flexible guide tube allows rotation of the feed beam to the desired angle relative to the boom system at any given drilling operation, or anchoring a flexible guide tube provides also a constant length of the segment of wire regardless of the position of the system and the feed beam. This allows you to install equipment for measuring the length of the length of the feed wire on the supporting structure.

Claim
1. A device for installing anchor wire strands in a rock, including a movable platform with a feed mechanism mounted on it with a feed rod and drilling equipment for drilling wells under anchor wire strands, a drum holding them, and a guide element with a guide head, characterized in that, in order to increase the reliability of the device, the guide device is made in the form of a flexible pipe located between the feed mechanism located on the outside of the feed rod, and yayuschey head having one end connected to the guide head.
